Transitional Coaching Authorization- additional information

The following are directions to apply for the transitional coaching authorization.  It is important that you read and follow these steps – IN ORDER.

Some key things to keep in mind: you can always save and come back to the application and log back in with the user name and password you create. Make sure you save before signing out.

Your FINGERPRINTS and ALL fees are required to be in our office before anything can be issued.

The majority of the time, a license can be processed relatively quickly.  Sometimes, it can take several weeks.  Incomplete applications or failure to follow the directions below will significantly slow up the process.  The minute anything is issued, the applicant is notified via e-mail.  This e-mail will indicate if a one-year license or a 90 day temporary coaching license was issued.

The temporary license is issued when the FBI background is not yet cleared.
